Yeah, they’re legit keys they just buy them from countries with weaker currencies. Bought probably 30 games from them. I think I've bought from them a couple of times in the past, but I can't tell you if they are a good reseller or one of the shady ones. I haven't had any game removed from Steam though.

I've bought many keys from CDkeys, the one time I had a problem (which was my fault) I got on their live chat and they fixed the problem very quickly. That said, since they are based in the UK, make sure the game you're buying is working in your region.
Its greymarket site, meaning that they sell keys that are either bought with stolen credit cards or just bought from cheaper Steam regions. There's always a little risk involved when dealing with greymarket sites, but generally I've heard people having positive experiences from CDKeys, though.. still I wouldn't use them myself.

Legit, but it's not an official game keys reseller like Fanatical is. So it all depends on your willingness to take risks on third-party game keys. Cd keys is legit it gives you a code to use on steam or other places. They are legit, but imo it's not ethically right to buy a key from a key website.
