The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Arabic: شركة بترول أبو ظبي الوطنية), known by its acronym ADNOC, is the state-owned oil company of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). It is the world's 12th largest oil company by production.
The Ruwais Refinery is operated by the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC). The complex can process up to 837,000 barrels [1] of crude oil and condensate per day, making it the fourth-largest single-site oil refinery in the world and the biggest in the Middle East.
